Answering the Call

It’s estimated that 3.2 billion people, or more than 40% of those on Earth are considered unreached. These people will be born, live and die, without knowing about Jesus. The only opportunity for them to hear about salvation is through a witness. Most of them have never had a meaningful conversation or relationship with a Christian. Yet the reality is that less than three percent of foreign missionaries work among this massive segment of humanity.  We are commanded to go into the world and make disciples of all nations. Worldwide Outreach and Moto Missions feel the best way to accomplish this is for the unreached to hear that message of salvation in their native tongue. We help provide the transportation part of the equation, delivering pastors where they’re needed.

Opening the eyes of the lost is incredibly heart-warming!

Following the Path

It’s astonishing to see the number of people who’ve never heard of Jesus Christ. It’s an inspiration to share the Word of God and witness the joy on their faces and the hunger in their hearts.

We bring the message of hope to all age groups. For example in Honduras, there are children who are being recruited by gangs to serve in the drug cartels because these kids know no other way. We’re helping to break that influence by teaching them how God’s gift of salvation can change the course of their lives. The Children’s Gift Ministry is exploding. We’re grateful for the local pastors who are willing to risk their safety to travel to these dangerous and far reaching areas,

Supporting our Pastors

Moto Missions requires an incredible amount of effort. Our pastors spend countless hours serving their communities, and as a result, their family financial situations may suffer. As part of the ministry agreement, we allow pastors to use their motorcycles as a way to support their families. They’re able to provide transportation services in their free time or use their resources for hauling or moving items in exchange for payment. Each country has its own unique needs so we try to remain flexible.

In addition, our support may sometimes include distributing bibles and supporting print materials. In Honduras we also offer financial support with meals for the Children’s Gift Ministry.

In Africa and Indonesia, we provide eyeglasses for pastors who struggle with reading, and ocassionally donate a generator where needed. The local pastors are our communication check point. If there’s a problem we do our best to solve it.

We work closely with regional Moto Mission Coordinators to thoroughly screen our pastor candidates to better understand their ministry background and goals. It’s a three phase assessment that ensures we build a Christ-minded team.
